Delores Hardwick Haynes, MBA, is a nonprofit executive and strategic advisor with a track record of leading multi-million dollar fundraising initiatives, strengthening staff & board governance, and guiding organizations through pivotal growth transitions.

After years of executive leadership, she founded Third Eye Guidance Consulting to help leaders and organizations align vision, leadership, and revenue strategy - so they can scale with confidence and sustainability.  The "third eye" represents insight - the ability to see beyond surface-level information and lead with awareness.

Her work blends structure with insight, strategy with discernment, and governance with growth.

In her free time, Delores enjoys traveling with her husband, Bryan, caring for her senior dog, Sasha, and participating in anything "creative", particularly around fashion & beauty.
